  1. Income Advance: Your client may request up to 12 months of payments in advance with no costs and no discounting.
  2. Income Withdrawal (Commutation for Immediate Annuities with "Life with Period Certain" option selected): After a one-year wait your client may request a partial commutation of 20% to 80% of the present value with no surrender charges, (the commutation will be discounted). The remainder will continue to be paid out on schedule. After the period certain is completed the original payout is resumed.
